Maa JayaDurga Shrine

According to the legends, the heart of Goddess Sati is believed to have fallen making it a powerful location for healing and blessings.

Another legend also states that Mata Parvati accompanied Baba Baidyanath (Lord Shiva) as JayaDurga Devi.

It is one of the very few Shrines, which symbolises the Shiva – Shakthi communion where Jyothirlinga of Sri Baidyanath Swamy is located adjacent to the Shakthi Peeta, making it a powerful pilgrimage.
