On arrival to Chandigarh, start journey to Shimla. Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh and former capital of Britishers at an altitude of (2500 mts), also set amidst the snow capped shivalik mountain ranges, which offer some of the most beautiful view of Himalaya. On arrival check-in to the hotel. Evening free to relax / leisure activities.

  • NALDEHRA GOLF COURSE:- On the outskirts of Shimla, Naldehra, 23 km from the city, boasts of having one of the oldest golf courses of the country. Finding a resemblance with the sloping glades of Scotland’s highlands, it was Lord Curzon, Viceroy of British India from 1899 to 1905 AD, who laid the foundation of golf course.
  • KUFRI SNOW POINT: – Being situated at the southern part of the state of Himachal Pradesh, Kufri is extremely famous for its thick snow covers and ambrosial beauty. Kufri’s beauty gets further enhanced in winters with its awe-inspiring snow blanket all over this lovely town. Snowfall in Kufri is something every traveler must witness
  • The Mall Road: – have a number of showrooms, department stores, shops, restaurants and cafes. A Himachal emporium that offers handicraft products of Himachal Pradesh like locally designed woolen clothes, branded clothes, pottery items, wooden products, and jewellery is also located here.
  • The Ridge: – The Ridge road is a large open space, located in the center of Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India. The Ridge is the hub of all cultural activities of Shimla. It is situated along the Mall Road, which is the famous shopping center of Shimla

After breakfast check out of the hotel and drive to Manali. Manali is a perfect hill station covered with Snow Mountains & beautiful waterfalls. Enroute visit Kullu Valley, On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure activities.

  • KULLU VALLEY: – Kullu Valley is a broad open valley in Himachal Pradesh, India, formed by the Beas River between Manali and Larji. This valley is famous for its temples, beauty and its majestic hills covered with pine and deodar forest and sprawling apple orchards.

After breakfast begin for sightseeing tour of Manali. The tour includes visit to Hidimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Kund – Hot water spring, Tibetan Monasteries and local market. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

  • HIDIMBA DEVI TEMPLE: – The Hidimba Devi temple was built in 1553 CE by Maharaja Bahadur Singh. The temple is built around a cave where Devi Hidimba performed meditation. Hidimbi was supposed to have lived there with her brother Hidimb, and not much is known about their parents.
  • VASHISHT KUND (HOT SPRING):- Vashisht village is an important Hindu Pilgrimage centre. Vashisht offers an excellent view of the Beas River and the Old Manali. The river valley spread below at sunset gives and excellent sight and great for Photography. Hot water springs are part of the temple area.
  • TIBETIAN MONASTERIES: – These monasteries serve not only as a place of worship but also as guardians of the rich culture and history of the Tibetan people settled in Kullu and Manali.
  • MANALI LOCAL MARKET: – One of the most popular markets, Old Manali Market has something for everyone. You can purchase a lot of things like accessories, t-shirts, trendy woolen clothes, and much more. Discovering the market and negotiating for the right place is an additional treat you are going to love.

After breakfast in the early morning, begin for full day excursion visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba view point, Marhi & Rohtang Pass (altitude 3978 mts) – is the most visited tourist destination in Himachal Pradesh round the year (up to Snow Line If in case access till Rohtang is closed due to excess snow) & Solang Valley. Return back to hotel. Evening free for leisure activities.

    Day excursion to Kullu Valley and Manikaran Hot water springs / Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara (80 + kms one way from Manali) or visit Jana waterfalls, a perennial waterfall at 40 kms from Manali (Jana waterfall is perennial and it is recommended to also have lunch at one of the Dhabas around here).
  • KOTHI GORGE: – is one of the best places to visit in Manali that is famous for its stunning landscape and serene environment. It is also a gateway to the very popular Rohtang Pass trek.
  • GULABA VIEW POINT: – Flanked by snow-covered mountain peaks and graced with grasslands, wild plants and the pristine Beas River, this site oozes beauty at every turn. Owing to its stunning topography, Gulaba is gradually emerging as a popular attraction in the Manali region.
  • MARHI: – is located at the high attitude of 3360 meters or 11020 feet from the sea level. As famous as Rohtang Pass all over the country, Marhi is famous for its water sports. The place is fully covered with snow in the winter. Whenever the authorities close the Rohtang Pass due to bad weather, they allow visitors to come up at Marhi to enjoy the lush green meadows. There are many restaurants, indoor or outdoor which are available at this place for the facility of the tourists.
  • ROHTANG PASS: – Known for its scenic beauty, Rohtang Pass holds strategic importance for India. The Pass offers beautiful sights of glaciers, peaks, Lahaul Valley and the Chandra River. The twin peaks of Geypan are also visible from Rohtang. The pass is on the watershed between the water basins of the Chenab River and the Beas River.
  • SOLANG VALLEY: – Solang Valley is also called the ‘Snow Valley’, which is famous among the tourists for its adventure activities hosted there. Some of the adventure sports like skiing, trekking, mountaineering and also paragliding.

After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Amritsar, on arrival check in to the hotel. Post Lunch proceed to visit Wagah border and later in the evening visit Golden temple, return back to hotel.

  • WAGAH BORDER: – It is located at a distance of 32 kms from Amritsar, Punjab and was used by the migrants to cross the border at the time of independence in 1947. It is also famous for the Beating Retreat Ceremony, jointly followed by the Border Security Force (BSF) of India and Pakistani Rangers. The border crossing draws its name from Wagah village, near which the Radcliffe Line, the boundary demarcation line dividing India and Pakistan upon the Partition of British India, was drawn.
  • GOLDEN TEMPLE: – The Golden temple is famous for its full golden dome; it is one of the most sacred pilgrim spots for Sikhs. The Mandir is built on a 67-ft square of marble and is a two storied structure. Maharaja Ranjit Singh had the upper half of the building built with approximately 400 kg of gold leaf.

After breakfast Check out of the hotel, free time for shopping. Post Lunch depart to Amritsar airport to board flight back to your home town with spell bound memories from your Himachal Pradesh tour.
